Abstract

<B>SCANNER FOTOACúSTICO PARA MAMAS<B>. Métodos e aparelho para medir e caracterizar as propriedades de absorção de onda eletromagnética localizada de tecidos biológicos (12) in vivo, utilizando ondas eletromagnéticas incidentes para produzir ondas acústicas resultantes 26. Múltiplos transdutores acústicos 933) são acusticamente acoplados à superfície do tecido para medir ondas acústicas produzidas no tecido quando o tecido é exposto a um pulso de radiação eletromagnética.
