Claims (12)
- 생체의 측정대상부위로부터 방사되는 전자파 신호를 수신하는 신호수신부;상기 신호수신부로부터 입력되는 상기 전자파 신호를 처리하여 전파량을 출력하는 신호처리부;상기 생체의 측정대상부위의 도전율 또는 유전율을 측정하여 그 측정값을 송신하는 매질특성측정부; 및상기 생체의 도전율 또는 유전율에 따른 복수개의 전파량 대비 온도변환테이블을 저장하고 있는 데이터베이스를 포함하며, 상기 도전율 또는 유전율의 측정값과 상기 전자파 신호의 전파량으로부터 해당 온도를 선택하는 온도변환부;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체온도 측정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 신호수신부는,상기 전자파 신호를 수신하는 수신기; 및상기 전자파 신호를 상기 수신기로부터 상기 신호처리부로 전송하는 전송선;을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체온도 측정장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 수신기는 안테나 또는 프로브인 것을 특징으로 하는 생체온도 측정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 신호처리부는,상기 신호수신부로부터 입력되는 상기 전자파 신호를 증폭하는 증폭기;상기 전자파 신호 중 소정 주파수 대역의 신호값을 추출하는 여파기;일정 온도에 대한 기준 신호를 유지하는 노이즈 소스;상기 추출된 신호와 상기 기준 신호를 일정 간격으로 스위칭하여 다음 단계로 연결하는 스위치;상기 추출된 신호를 한 방향으로 진행시키며, 회로 단간의 정합을 유지하는 아이솔레이터; 및상기 추출된 신호의 포락선 검출을 위한 디텍터;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체온도 측정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 온도변환부는,상기 복수개의 전파량 대비 온도변환테이블을 저장하는 데이터베이스를 가지는 정보저장부;상기 정보저장부에서 측정된 상기 도전율 또는 유전율에 대응하는 적정 온도변환테이블을 선택하며, 상기 온도변환테이블로부터 상기 신호처리부로부터 입력되는 상기 전자파의 전파량에 대응하는 온도를 선택하는 정보처리부;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체온도 측정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 매질특성측정부는,특정 주파수 대역의 전자파 신호를 발생시키는 신호발생기;상기 전자파 신호를 상기 생체로 송신하는 송신기;상기 생체의 측정대상부위를 통과한 상기 전자파 신호를 수신하는 수신기;상기 수신기의 전자파 신호를 입력받아 이를 처리하는 신호처리기; 및상기 신호발생기 및 상기 신호처리기를 제어하는 제어기;를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체온도 측정장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 수신기는 상기 생체의 측정대상부위로부터 반사되는 전자파 신호를 수신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체온도 측정장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 온도변환부에서 선택된 온도를 외부로 표시하는 표시장치를 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체온도 측정장치.
- 생체의 측정대상부위의 전자파 신호를 수신하는 신호수신단계;상기 수신된 전자파 신호로부터 전파량을 추출하는 신호처리단계;상기 생체의 측정대상위의 도전율 또는 유전율을 측정하는 매질특성측정단계; 및상기 신호처리단계의 전파량과, 상기 매질특성측정단계의 상기 도전율 또는 유전율로부터 상기 생체의 온도를 선택하는 온도변환단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체온도 측정방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 신호처리단계는,상기 전자파 신호의 잡음을 제거하는 단계;상기 전자파 신호의 특정 주파수 대역을 추출하는 단계; 및상기 추출된 신호값을 증폭하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체온도 측정방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 매질특성측정단계는,상기 생체의 측정대상부위에 특정 주파수 대역의 전자파 신호를 조사하는 단계;상기 생체의 측정대상부위를 통과한 전자파 신호를 송신하는 단계; 및상기 송신된 전자파 신호로부터 도전율 또는 유전율을 산출하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체온도 측정방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 상기 온도산출단계는,미리 저장된 복수개의 전파량 대비 온도변환테이블 중 상기 도전율 또는 유전율에 해당하는 특정 온도변환테이블을 선택하는 단계; 및상기 온도변환테이블로부터 상기 전자파의 전파량에 해당하는 특정 온도를 산출하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 생체온도 측정방법.
