Abstract

"APARELHO PARA PRODUZIR PIZZA E MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR PIZZA , dito aparelho incluindo um alojamento e uma pluralidade de vasilhas contendo massa fresca armazenada no alojamento. Uma lâmina de corte está disposta no alojamento e é móvel entre uma posição limite superior e uma posição limite imferior para cortar uma fatia de massa a partir de uma pluralidade de vasilhas. Um prato de prensagem está disposto no alojamento e recebe a fatia de massa. O prato de prensagem inclui um primeiro prato e um segundo prato que seletivamente se movem para contato entre si para definir uma câmara interna entre os mesmo para pressionar achatando e pré-aquecer a fatia de massa. Uma estação de mesa indexadora giratória está disposta no alojamento e inclui uma pluralidade de pratos, com cada um dos pratos sendo giratório sobre um eixo geométrico central da estação de mesa indexadora giratória.
