Abstract

"APARELHO E MéTODO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE PãO". Um método de acordo com esta invenção compreende uma etapa de formação para formar uma folha a partir de um bloco de massa de pão que é amassado a partir da matéria-prima para pão, uma etapa adicional de formação para formar uma massa tipo-barra pelo rolamento ou dobra da folha, uma etapa de corte para cortar a massa tipo-barra e uma etapa de colocação para colocar as peças de massa tipo-barra que foram cortadas na etapa de corte em um molde de cozimento de modo que pelo menos um plano de corte esteja virado para cima.
