Abstract
Изобретение имеет отношение к способу изготовления одинаковых по форме и массе порций мяса путем прессования замороженного мяса в пресс-форме до получения закругленной конечной формы, причем отдельный кусок мяса в его естественной форме, к которому не прилипли другие куски мяса, в замороженном или в не замороженном состоянии разделяют, в частности, распиливают на две, три или несколько порций одинакового веса и/или целевого веса, и каждую порцию обрезают до достижения желательного веса и преимущественно желательной предыдущей формы (преформа), а потом в замороженном состоянии помещают в пресс-форму и в пресс-форме спрессовывают до достижения конечной формы.
