Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE ALUMINA A PARTIR DE HIDRóXIDO DE ALUMìNIO''<D>. Um processo para a preparação de óxido de alumínio desidratado a partir de hidróxido de alumínio em um leito fluidizado circulante que compreende um reator em leito fluidizado (8), separador (6) e linha de fluxo de retorno envolve as seguintes etapas: o hidróxido de alumínio é alimentado ao segundo estágio no lado do gás de um preaquecedor (2) de suspensão em dois estágios operado por meio dos gases de exaustão do reator em leito fluidizado (8) do leito fluidizado circulante e é pelo menos hidróxido de alumínio parcialmente desidratado, desidratado proveniente do segundo estágio do preaquecedor (2) de suspensão é alimentado no primeiro estágio no lado do gás de um preaquecedor (5) de suspensão pelos gases de exaustão do reator em leito fluidizado (8) do leito fluidizado circulante, além disso desidratado e então alimentado ao leito fluidizado circulante, que é operado por gás de fluidização (10) contendo oxigênio indiretamente aquecido em um estágio de resfriamento subseq³ente pelo óxido de alumínio produzido e pelo gás secundário (11) contendo oxigênio diretamente aquecido alimentado a um nível superior. A temperatura no leito fluidizado circulante é ajustada entre 850 e 1000°C. O óxido de alumínio removido do leito fluidizado circulante é misturado durante pelo menos dois minutos com 10 a 25% em peso do hidróxido de alumínio parcialmente desidratado fornecido pelo primeiro estágio do lado do sólido do preaquecedor (2) de suspensão e é passado para o leito fluidizado circulante por uma derivação. O material misturado é então resfriado em um resfriador de suspensão em multiestágio (15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20), gás secundário de aquecimento (11), e então no resfriador de leito fluidizado (23) aquecendo indiretamente o gás de fluidização (10).
