Abstract

glicano e método para produzir medicamento contendo glicano. a presente invenção trata do problema de fornecer: um novo método para produção quimicamente pura de um n-glicano biantenário com uma estrutura de ácido 2,6-siálico em cada extremidade não redutora, o método tendo excelente produção, seletividade e eficiência; e um método para produzir um novo monossacarídeo ou oligossacarídeo, que são úteis no método, e, por exemplo, intermediários, bem como, um novo método para produzir a glicoproteína ou similares usando o método. são fornecidos: um novo método para produção quimicamente pura de um n-glicano biantenário com uma estrutura de ácido 2,6-siálico em cada extremidade não redutora de tal modo que para ligação glicosídica, a construção direta que é difícil usando envolvimento de grupo adjacente, os blocos dissacarídeos são construídos individualmente e estão ligados estereosseletivamente a outro bloco de açúcar neste esquema de síntese; e um método para produzir um novo monossacarídeo ou oligossacarídeo, que são úteis no método, e, por exemplo, intermediários, bem como, um novo método para produzir a glicoproteína ou similares usando o método.
