Abstract
é aqui provida uma pasta fluida de cátodo de bateria de íon de lítio, compreendendo: um material de cátodo ativo, um agente condutivo, um material aglutinante, e um solvente, em que o material de cátodo ativo tem um tamanho de partícula d50 na faixa de cerca de 10 µm a cerca de 50 µm, e em que a pasta fluida revestida sobre um coletor de corrente tendo uma espessura de filme úmido de cerca de 100 µm tem um tempo de secagem de cerca de 5 minutos ou menos sob um ambiente tendo uma temperatura de cerca de 60°c a cerca de 90°c e uma umidade relativa de cerca de 25% a cerca de 40%. a pasta fluida de cátodo aqui descrita tem dispersão de ingrediente homogênea e capacidade de secagem rápida para fabricar uma bateria de íon de lítio com alta qualidade e desempenho consistente. além disso, estas propriedades da pasta fluida de cátodo aumentam a produtividade e reduzem o custo de fabricação das baterias de íon de lítio.
