Abstract

a invenção diz respeito a um contentor com palete (10) para armazenamento e transporte de materiais de enchimento líquidos ou de fluxo livre particularmente perigosos, dotado de um contentor interno (12) rígido de paredes finas feito de material termoplástico, com uma estrutura de treliça tubular (14) que reveste hermeticamente, tal como um invólucro de suporte, o contentor interno (12) de material plástico, em que dita estrutura é feita com barras tubulares verticais e horizontais (18, 20) soldadas entre si e possui um palete base (16) sobre o qual se apoia o contentor interno (12) de material plástico e ao qual a estrutura de treliça tubular (14) é conectada de forma fixa, em que o palete base (16) é configurado em configuração composta ou como palete estruturado dotado de pés de canto (22) e pés centrais (24) feitos de plástico, aço ou madeira, e com base em tubo de aço que circunda todo o palete estruturado pela parte de baixo, em que um recesso (32) é provido para o empilhamento de contentores com palete (10) que sejam do mesmo tipo, tal recesso sendo provido junto à base, ao longo das arestas externas de todas as quatro paredes laterais do palete base (16), nos pés de canto (22) e centrais (24), e sendo configurado de tal maneira que a barra tubular horizontal (18) ? a que corre acima ? da estrutura de treliça tubular (14) de um contentor com paletes (10) empilhado abaixo se encaixa ou se aninha com encaixe preciso de forma quando do empilhamento de dois contentores com palete (10) de forma coincidente um sobre o outro, em que para um transporte seguro de dois contentores com palete (10) cheios e empilhados um sobre o outro por meio de uma empilhadeira, um recesso (32) profundo é configurado mais profundo na direção vertical e de fato até duas vezes mais profundo (ou alto) do que na direção horizontal ou radial.
