Abstract
trata-se de um método de preparação para 2- mercaptobenzotiazol. um método de anilina é adotado para realizar a reação na presença de um catalisador para preparar o 2-mercaptobenzotiazol, e o catalisador inclui líquido iônico de imidazólio do tipo ácido sulfônico. o líquido iônico de imidazólio do tipo ácido sulfônico é um tipo de líquido iônico funcionalizado ácido, e tem as vantagens tanto de um ácido sólido como de um ácido líquido. o líquido iônico de imidazólio do tipo ácido sulfônico é adotado como um ingrediente ativo do catalisador, e pode consideravelmente aperfeiçoar uma taxa de conversão das matérias-primas de reação e aumentar um rendimento do 2-mercaptobenzotiazol. no entanto, devido às características de alta atividade catalítica, nenhuma volatização, baixa corrosão, alta estabilidade térmica e similares do 2-mercaptobenzotiazol, o método de preparação também tem as vantagens abrangentes de processo simples, baixo custo, baixo rendimento de alcatrão, alto respeito ao ambiente e similares.
