Abstract
resumo patente de invenção: "processo para produção de noodle instantâneo". a presente invenção refere-se ao caso em que um noodle não cozido preparado de uma matéria-prima principal que inclui pelo menos farinha de trigo e amido é seco em ar aquecido de alta temperatura umidificado ao usar ar aquecido com umidade de 80 mm de hg - 300 mm de hg e temperatura de 110°c-150°c. desse modo, é obtido um noodle instantâneo seco por ar quente com uma capacidade de restauração excelente, em que um bloco de noodle seco tem uma resistência excelente.
