resumo patente de invenção: "método e sistema para tratamentos térmicos de trilhos". a patente de invenção refere-se a um método de tratamento térmico de trilhos quentes para obter uma microestrutura desejada que tenha propriedades mecânicas desejadas em que o método compreende uma fase de resfriamento ativa em que o trilho é rapidamente resfriado de uma temperatura austenítica e subsequentemente resfriado suavemente para manter uma temperatura de transformação-alvo entre valores definidos em que o tratamento de resfriamento é realizado por uma pluralidade de módulos de resfriamento (12.n), em que cada módulo de resfriamento compreende uma pluralidade de meios que aspergem um meio de resfriamento no trilho, em que o processo é caracterizado em que, durante a fase de resfriamento ativa, cada meio de resfriamento é acionado para controlar a taxa de resfriamento do trilho de modo que a quantia de austenita transformada dentro do trilho não seja menor do que 50% na superfície de trilho e não é menor do que 20% no núcleo de boleto de trilho.
