Abstract

MISTURA DE BENZOXAZINA, COMPOSIÇÃO DE RESINA CURÁVEL, RESINA CURADA, BENZOXAZINA MONOFUNCIONAL SUBSTITUÍDA LÍQUIDA, MATERIAL COMPÓSITO, E, MÉTODOS PARA FABRICAR UMA PARTE DE COMPÓSITO E PARA FABRICAR UM PREPREG. São revelados aqui compostos de benzoxazina monofuncionais com pelo menos um grupo de retirada de elétron. Os compostos de benzoxazina monofuncionais podem ser combinados com um ou mais compostos de benzoxazina multifuncionais para formar uma mistura de benzoxazina única. Esta mistura de benzoxazina pode ser combinada com componentes adicionais, como catalisadores e agentes de endurecimento para formar uma composição de resina curável apropriada para formar filmes resinosos ou materiais compósitos. A presença de benzoxazina monofuncional melhora a capacidade de processamento da composição de resina baseada em benzoxazina, reduzindo a viscosidade da composição de resina e resulta em aderência e caimento melhorados nos filmes e materiais compósitos, formados a partir da composição sem a perda do módulo na resina curada.
