Abstract

MÉTODOS PARA A DETERMINAÇÃO DA PRESENÇA E/OU DA QUANTIDADE DE UM ANTÍGENO. A presente invenção se refere a um método para a detecção do antígeno livre de um anticorpo multiespecífico em uma amostra, em que o antígeno a ser detectado pode ser especificamente ligado por um primeiro local de ligação do anticorpo multiespecífico, que compreende a etapa da incubação de uma amostra que compreende o antígeno livre e o anticorpo multiespecífico com um anticorpo anti-idiotípico especificamente ligado a uma segunda especificidade de ligação do anticorpo biespecífico, que é diferente da primeira especificidade de ligação, em que o anticorpo anti-idiotípico é ligado a uma fase sólida.
