POLINUCLEOTÍDEO COMPREENDENDO ELEMENTO PROMOTOR DE NÚCLEO MÍNIMO DE GENE DE UBIQUITINA-1 DE ZEA MAYS OU ZEA LUXURIANS , BEM COMO CONSTRUTO DE ÁCIDO NUCLÉICO E VETOR BINÁRIO, E MÉTODOS PARA PRODUÇÃO DE CÉLULA E PLANTA TRANSGÊNICAS E PARA EXPRESSÃO DE MÚLTIPLOS GENES NAS MESMAS. A presente invenção refere-se a polinucleotídeo sintético compreendendo elemento promotor de núcleo mínimo de gene de Ubiquitina-1 de Zea mays ou Zea luxurians , a construto de ácido nucléico para expressão de múltiplos genes em células e/ou tecidos de plantas, e a vetor binário para transformação mediada por Agrobacterium. A presente invenção refere-se ainda ao método para a produção de célula transgênica utilizando o dito polinucleotídeo e para gerar planta ou célula transgênica, bem como a método para a expressão de sequência de nucleotídeos de interesse em célula de planta e para a expressão de múltiplos genes em células e/ou tecidos de plantas.
