Предложен полинуклеотид, который включает последовательность контроля экспрессии, которая обеспечивает возможность специфической экспрессии в целых семенах однодольного растения нужной нуклеиновой кислоты, функционально соединенной с ней в растениях. Кроме того, изобретение предлагает векторы, клетки-хозяина, трансгенные растения и способы экспрессии нужных нуклеиновых кислот с использованием вышеупомянутого полинуклеотида.
