resumo patente de invenção: "cilindro de usina de laminação compósito centrifugamente fundido e método de produção do mesmo". a presente invenção refere-se a um cilindro de usina de laminação compósito centrifugamente fundido obtido pela junção de metal de: uma camada externa obtida de um ferro fundido que tem uma composição química que contém, em uma base em massa, 2,7-3,5% de c, 1,5-2,5% de si, 0,4-1,0% de mn, 3,7-5,1% de ni, 0,8-2,2% de cr, 1,5-4,5% de mo, 2,0-4,5% de v e 0,5-2,0% de nb, e o restante é obtido de fe e impurezas inevitáveis, a razão de massa de nb/v é de 0,18-0,65 e a razão de massa de mo/v é de 0,7-2,5, e uma estrutura que tem, em uma base na área, 15-45% de uma fase de cementita e 1-10% de uma fase de grafite; e uma camada interna obtida de um ferro fundido de excelente resistência mecânica, praticamente nenhuma segregação de salpico de dendritos de bainita e/ou martensita de 1,5 mm de diâmetro ou mais está presente na região utilizável da camada externa a profundidades de 10 mm ou mais a partir da superfície. 21315840v1
