Abstract

1/1 resumo “material compósito termoplástico reforçado com fibras sintéticas e processo de fabricação” a invenção diz respeito primeiro a um método para produzir um material compósito, que compreende uma montagem de uma ou uma pluralidade de fibras de reforço sintético, impregnadas com pelo menos um polímero termoplástico tendo uma temperatura de transição vítrea tg maior do que ou igual a 80 °c que compreende: i) uma etapa de impregnar a dita montagem com uma composição precursora no estado fundido e compreendendo: a) pelo menos um pré-polímero p(x)n do dito polímero termoplástico, que compreende uma cadeia molecular p tendo, nas suas extremidades n, funções reativas idênticas x, o dito pré-polímero tendo uma estrutura semi-aromática e/ou semi-cicloalifática, onde x é uma função reativa de: oh, nh2 ou cooh, onde n está entre 1 e 3, b) pelo menos um extensor de cadeia que compreende duas funções y idênticas, que são reativas com pelo menos uma das ditas funções x; ii) uma etapa de polimerização pela (poli)adição em massa, no estado fundido, do dito pré-polímero com o dito extensor de cadeia, com o dito polímero termoplástico da matriz termoplástica sendo o resultado da dita polimerização pela poliadição em massa. a invenção também diz respeito a uma composição precursora e ao seu uso de modo a implementar o dito método e o dito compósito e as peças compósitas moldadas que resultam do dito método, nos campos da aeronáutica, veículos motores, ferrovia, energia eólica, fotovoltáicos, navegação, atividades esportivas e de laser, construção e engenharia civil.
