Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition de moulage en particulier pour matériau composite thermoplastique, comprenant au moins un polyamide semi-cristallin, polymère issu de la polyaddition de a) au moins un prépolymère polyamide ayant n fonctions identiques X parmi carboxy, amine, hydroxyle et de b) au moins un allongeur réactif non polymérique porteur de deux fonctions Y identiques réactives avec lesdites fonctions X avec n allant de 1 à 3, polymère et prépolymère a) étant de composition spécifique comprenant au moins deux motifs amides A de 55-95% mol et B de 5-45% mol avec A correspondant à x.T où x est une diamine aliphatique linéaire en C9-C18 et B correspondant à x'.T ou x' peut être B1) : diamine aliphatique ramifiée spécifique dépendant de x ou B2) : MXD ou B3) : diamine aliphatique linéaire qui dépend de x, ledit polyamide ayant une Tg d'au moins 90°C et une Tf inférieure ou égale à 280°C. L'invention couvre également un procédé de fabrication dudit matériau composite, l'utilisation de la composition de l'invention pour des pièces de matériau composite ainsi que lesdites pièces.
