Abstract
TALÃO DE PNEU PARA VEÍCULO PESADO DO TIPO UTILIZADO EM CONSTRUÇÃO CIVIL. A presente invenção diz respeito à melhoria da resistência de um talão de pneu radial para veículo pesado do tipo utilizado na construção civil, diminuindo a compressão da área de inversão durante a rolagem do pneu. De acordo com a invenção, para um pneu de veículo pesado do tipo utilizado na construção civil compreendendo dois talões (1) destinados a entrar em contato com um aro com duas bordas do aro (2), uma estrutura da carcaça compreendendo pelo menos uma camada da estrutura da carcaça (3) que tem uma parte principal (31) enrolando-se em cada talão (1), de dentro para fora do pneu, ao redor de um trilho (4) de seção meridiana substancialmente circular, para formar uma área de inversão (32), um elemento de enchimento (5) estendendo radialmente para fora o trilho (4) e separando axialmente a parte principal (31) e a área de inversão (32), a distância (d) entre uma primeira porção da área de inversão (321) e a parte principal (31) decrescendo continuamente, radialmente para fora, a partir do trilho (4), até uma distância mínima (d1), a distância (d2) entre uma segunda porção da área de inversão (322), prolongando radialmente para fora a primeira porção da área de inversão (321), e a parte principal (31) é substancialmente constante e igual à distância mínima (d1) entre a primeira porção da área de inversão (321) e a parte principal (31).
