resumo patente de invenção: "método de controle de moinho de pelotização". a presente invenção refere-se a um método de controle de um moinho de pelotização, o referido moinho de pelotização compreendendo - um número de roletes (2, 3, 4) - uma matriz cilíndrica (1) dotada de perfurações, os referido roletes (2, 3, 4) sendo montados no interior da referida matriz (1) para prensagem de material a ser pelotizado através das referidas perfurações, - um mecanismo de ajuste (5, 6, 7) para ajuste da distância entre os roletes (2, 3, 4) e a matriz (1) - um mecanismo de acionamento (m4) para acionar rotacionalmente a referida matriz (1) e os referidos roletes (2, 3, 4), o referido método de controle compreendendo as etapas de: - fornecimento de uma medição (8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14) de um parâmetro (x, y, z, w1, w2, w3, w4), o referido parâmetro indicando se uma sobrecarga do moinho de pelotização está se originando e - em caso dessa indicação ser detectada, redução da carga no moinho de pelotização por meio de contramedidas.
