Abstract

resumo patente de invenção: "processo para preparar um corpo de vidro-cerâmica". a presente invenção refere-se a um processo para preparar um corpo de vidro-cerâmica compreendendo as etapas de prover um corpo de vidro básico e submetendo o corpo de vidro básico a um tratamento térmico pelo que a fase cristalina embebida em uma matriz de vidro é formada. de acordo com a invenção, o corpo de vidro básico é feito de uma composição compreendendo 65 a 72 -% em peso de sio2, pelo menos 10,1 -% em peso de li2o e pelo menos 10,1 -% em peso de al2o3 com base no peso total da composição, uma proporção de li2o para al2o3 sendo de 1:1 a 1,5:1. o tratamento térmico envolve uma etapa de nucleação seguida por diversas etapas de cristalização em diferentes temperaturas, pelo que duas fases cristalinas diferentes são formadas.
