Abstract
método para processamento de repuxamento e eixo de rotor. a presente invenção facilita o processo mesmo para caso de partes cilíndricas apresentando uma espessura e volume de chapa sem balanceamentos. em um método de processamento de repuxamento de processamento de um eixo de rotor 4, tem-se provisão de uma etapa de junção de material, uma etapa de separação e deformação de material. e uma etapa de formação de cilindro. a etapa de junção de material alinha as superfícies das chapas e une pelo menos duas chapas de placas metálicas 40a, 40b, 40c através de um eixo de rotação cl perpendicular à superfície do material de chapa e realiza a separação e deformação pela aplicação de força na posição de acoplamento junto á periferia de pelo menos duas chapas de placas metálicas 40a, 40b, 40c (figura 4). a etapa de deformação de cilindro aplica força junto à pelo menos uma chapa das placas metálicas 40a, 40b e forma um cilindro ao longo do eixo de rotação cl (figura 5)
