Abstract
En la presente invención, el procesamiento es facilitado incluso para partes cilíndricas que tienen un volumen y espesor de lámina no balanceados. En un método de procesamiento por rotación para procesar un eje (4) de rotor, se proporcionan un proceso de unión del material, un proceso de separación y deformación del material, y un proceso de formación del cilindro. El proceso de unión del material almea las superficies de lámina y une al menos dos piezas del material (40a, 40b, 40c) en lámina de metal (FIGURA 3). El proceso de separación y deformación del material rota el material (40a, 40b, 40c) en lámina de metal por un eje (CL) giratorio que es perpendicular a la superficie del material en lámina, y la separación y la deformación se llevan a cabo mediante la aplicación de fuerza en la posición de unión en la periferia de las al menos dos piezas del material (40a, 40b, 40c) en lámina de metal que se han unido (FIGURA 4). El proceso de formación del cilindro aplica fuerza a al menos una pieza del material (40a, 40b) en lámina de metal y forma un cilindro a lo largo del eje (CL) giratorio (FIGURA 5).
