Abstract
a invenção se refere a um processo de fabricação de vidro laqueado compreendendo o depósito, sobre uma face de uma folha de vidro, de uma camada de uma composição líquida contendo um ligante orgânico endurecível e partículas magnetizáveis dispersas no ligante orgânico, a criação de um campo magnético na proximidade imediata da camada de composição líquida de modo a orientar e/ou deslocar as partículas magnetizáveis e criar, assim, um padrão visível e o endurecimento do ligante orgânico, as três etapas sendo realizadas enquanto que a folha de vidro é transportada por meio de um transportador sucessivamente diante de - um dispositivo de depósito de uma composição líquida, - um dispositivo de criação de um campo magnético e ? um dispositivo de endurecimento do ligante orgânico, o processo sendo caracterizado pelo fato de que o dispositivo de criação de um campo magnético é uma esteira sem fim montada sobre pelo menos dois rolos em rotação, dos quais pelo menos um é acionado por um motor, a esteira sem fim sendo provida, na sua superfície, com um ou vários elementos magnéticos.
