Abstract

tecido não plissado multiaxial, e preforma para produzir componentes compósitos. a invenção refere-se a um tecido frosso multiaxial de pelo menos duas camadas de fios de reforço multifilamentar, que são arranjadas em paralelo nas camadas, uma próxima da outra, a fim de ficarem adjacentes, as camadas sendo dispostas uma no topo da outra. os fios de reforço de uma camada e das camadas vizinhas são interconectados por linhas de costura que se estendem em paralelo entre si e são interespaçadas em uma largura de ponto (w) e fixados em relação à outra, as linhas de costura formando pontos de um comprimento de ponto (s) e a direção zero do tecido grosso sendo definida pelas linhas de costura. os fios de reforço da camada são dispostos simetricamente à direção zero do tecido gorsso e formam, com relação à direção em que eles se estendem, um ângulo (a) com relação à direção zero, cujo ângulo não é igual a 90º e não igual a 0º. a invenção é caracterizada pelo fato de as linhas de costura terem uma densidade linear na faixa de 10 a 35 dtex. a invenção refere-se ainda a uma preforma produzida de tal tecido grosso multiaxial.
