Abstract
método para fabricação contínua de tecidos de fibras descontínuas de fibras de reforço com comprimento finito com orientação direcionada da fibra. a presente invenção se refere a um método para fabricação contínua de tecidos de fibras descontínuas com orientação direcionada da fibra, em que o tecido é gerado por meio de entrançamento contínuo de tecido fibroso em flocos abertos, com inclinação de deposição definida, caracterizado por a deposição do tecido fibroso ocorrer sobre uma esteira de transporte com frequência sincronizada (1), em que uma carda (2) e a máquina de entrançamento (3) conectada a jusante dela estão dispostas em uma inclinação acentuada em relação ao sentido de avanço da esteira de transporte. esses tecidos de fibras descontínuas são utilizados para a fabricação de estruturas complexas de material sintético reforçado por fibras de alta resistência e podem ainda ser utilizados em turbinas eólicas, na construção de aeronaves e na indústria automobilística. em especial, essas estruturas complexas apresentam no sentido do esforço alta força de ligação e rigidez, para o que é necessária uma orientação definida das fibras. além de uma orientação definida das fibras finitas, os tecidos têm uma medida de superfície definida.
