Abstract

composto derivado de poli (ácido lático), método para preparar o composto derivado de poli (ácido lático), complexo do composto de derivado de poli (ácido lático), composição de liberação prolongada de droga, e, método para preparar a composição de liberação prolongada de droga. a presente invenção refere-se a uma macromolécula para dispensar drogas de proteína, de polipeptídeo ou de peptídeo e a um método de produção da mesma, bem como a uma composição de liberação lenta para drogas de proteína, de polipeptídeo ou de peptídeo compreendendo a mesma, e mais especificamente se refere a um composto derivado de poli(ácido lático) de fórmula química 1 cujo peso molecular numérico médio e não maior do que 7,000 daltons e a um método de produção do mesmo, bem como a uma composição de liberação lenta para drogas de proteína, de polipeptídeo ou de peptídeo usando o mesmo e a um método de produção da mesma.
