Produto da proteína do soro do leite e um método para sua preparação.a presente invenção se refere a um produto da proteína do soro do leite que tem uma razão de proteína do soro do leite em relação à caseína na faixa de cerca de 90:10 a cerca de 50:50 e o teor de proteína total de pelo menos 20% com base na matéria seca, e um método para sua preparação. O produto tem uma composição de aminoácido favorável e é especialmente adequado para atletas.
