Abstract

"AZULEJO LUMINOSO E MéTODO DE PREPARAçãO DO MESMO". A presente invenção refere-se a azulejos luminosos contendo materiais fosforescentes, e métodos de manufatura dos mesmos. Um azulejo é coberto ou enchido com um pó vítreo luminoso, incluindo material fosforoso fosforescente compreendendo um composto Mal~ 2~O~ 4~ ( M = metal) como uma matriz, e a seguir cozido, obtendo assim, os azulejos luminosos. Visto os azulejos luminosos poderem ser manufaturados através de um processo a seco, o método de manufatura é conveniente e permite a produção em massa via processo automatizado. Além disso, os azulejos luminosos da presente invenção podem ser cozidos a altas temperaturas e não têm degradação, tais como rachaduras finas nos materiais fosforescentes.
