Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PREPARAçãO DE REVESTIMENTOS REATIVOS". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para preparação de revestimentos sobre um substrato inorgânico ou orgânico bem como a substratos revestidos de acordo com o processo. O processo é caracterizado pelo fato de a) deixar agir sobre o substrato orgânico ou inorgânico, um plasma de baixa temperatura, uma descarga corona, uma irradiação rica em energia e/ou um tratamento de chamas, b) aplicar 1.) pelo menos um iniciador ativável ou 2.) pelo menos um iniciador ativável e pelo menos um composto etilenicamente insaturado em forma de fusões, soluções, suspensões ou emulsões sobre o substrato orgânico ou inorgânico, sendo que ao iniciador ativável e/ou ao composto etilenicamente insaturado pode ser incorporado pelo menos um grupo que age reciprocamente como mediador de aderência ou reage com grupos ali contidos, C) aquecer o substrato revestido e/ou irradiar com ondas eletromagnéticas e formar uma camada mediadora de aderência, d) prover o substrato assim pré-tratado com o outro revestimento que contém grupos reativos que reagem com aqueles da camada mediadora de aderência e/ou que aparecem com a camada mediadora de aderência em efeito recíproco.
