Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"DISPERSãO AQUOSA DE AGLUTINANTES PARA LACAS DE ELETROIMERSãO CATIÈNICAS"<D>. A presente invenção refere-se a uma dispersão de aglutinantes aquosa para lacas de eletroimersão depositáveis catodicamente, à base de resina de époxi modificadas, que contêm grupos amónio, e que é obtenível A) por reação I. de um pré-produto, que é preparável, preferencialmente, em temperaturas de 120 até 180°C, mais preferencialmente, de 125 até 150°C, a partir de a) um composto de diepóxi ou de uma mistura de compostos de diepóxi e b) de um composto aromático ou alifático, que contém, preferencialmente, grupos hidroxila, carboxila, fenila e/ou tiol, ou de uma mistura de tais compostos, sob reação dos grupos hidroxila fenólicos com grupos epóxi II. com pelo menos uma amina orgânica ou uma mistura de aminas orgânicas, em temperaturas de adição reduzidas para 60 até 130°C, preferencialmente, 90 até 115°C para formar um aduto de epóxi-amina, B) por reação subseq³ente ou simultânea dos grupos hidroxila secundários com grupos epóxi do aduto do epóxi-amina preparado na etapa A), em temperaturas de 110 até 150°C, preferencialmente, em cerca de 130°C, eventualmente sob adição de um catalisador, C) por adição de um agente de reticulação, preferencialmente livre de solvente, ou de uma mistura de diferentes agentes de reticulação em uma temperatura de < 150°C, preferencialmente, 90 até 130°C, D) eventualmente, por neutralização, preferencialmente, por adição de ácidos, em temperaturas de 90 até 110°C, e E) dispersão da mistura obtida nas etapas A até D em água, bem como a um processo para a preparação e à aplicação da dispersão.
