Abstract

"COMPOSTOS DE N-(INDOLETIL)CICLOAMINA". A presente invenção refere-se a compostos de N-(indoletil) cicloamina da fórmula (I), nos quais R¬ 1¬<39> ,R¬ 1¬<39><39>, X, Ar e n têm um significado indicado na reivindicação 1, são inibidores de reabsorção de serotonina (SSRIs) e produtores dos receptores serotonérgicos 5-HT~ 1A~ e 5-HT~ 2A~. Eles são, portanto, apropriados para a profilaxia e ou tratamento de doenças do sistema nervoso central, tal como depressão, discinesia, mal de Parkinson, demência, derrames, esquizofrenia, mal de Alzheimer, demência de corpos de Lewy, mal de Huntington, síndrome de Tourette, ansiedade, deficiência de aprendizagem e memória, distúrbios do sono, dor e doenças neurodegenerativas.
