Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA PROVIMENTO DE UM REVESTIMENTO FINO INIBIDOR DE CORROSãO SOBRE UMA SUPERFìCIE METáLICA". A invenção refere-se a um processo para revestimento de superfícies metálicas com um revestimento de fosfatização através de contato de superfícies metálicas em uma temperatura não acima de 45<198>C e em um valor de pH de menos que 3,5 com uma solução ou dispersão de fosfatização de metal alcalino ácida aquosa contendo: pelo menos um composto de pelo menos um ácido contendo fósforo e/ou pelo menos um de seus derivados como ésteres e sais em um teor total de todos os tipos de ácidos e todos seus derivados e sais juntos de menos que 20 g/L calculado em base molar como ortofosfato, pelo qual o teor de tais compostos / íons contendo fósforo é pelo menos 50% em peso em comparação a todos tais compostos / íons e pelo menos um íon selecionado do grupo consistindo em pelo menos um íon de metal alcalino e íon de amónio, pelo qual o revestimento fosfatizante tem uma composição de revestimento com um teor de fósforo de não mais que 8% atómico como medido por Espectroscopia de Massa Neutra Secundária (SNMS) e pelo qual o revestimento fosfatizante tem um peso de revestimento na faixa de 0,01 a 0,5 g/m¬ 2¬.
