Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una composición acuosa, ácida, alternativa para fosfatar eficazmente superficies metálicas, que comprende, además de iones de zinc, iones de manganeso, iones de fosfato y, preferentemente, iones de níquel, al menos un acelerador de la fórmula R1R2R3C-NO2 donde cada uno de los sustituyentes R1, R2 y R3 en el átomo de carbono selecciona, independientemente de los otros, del grupo que consiste en hidroximetilo, 1-hidroxietilo, 2-hidroxietilo, 1-hidroxipropilo, 2-hidroxipropilo, 3-hidroxipropilo, 1-hidroxi-1-metiletilo y 2-hidroxi-1-metiletilo. La invención se refiere además a un método para producir tal composición, a un método alternativo para fosfatar superficies metálicas, y al uso de recubrimientos de fosfato producidos consecuentemente.
