Abstract

"SISTEMA DE ESTAMPAGEM PARA FABRICAçãO DE PEçAS COM ALTA TOLERâNCIA". A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema e processo para estampar peças tendo tolerâncias abaixo de 1000 nanómetros. O sistema e processo inventivos são particularmente adequados para produzir peças optoeletrónicas. O sistema inclui uma prensa de estampar e uma ou uma progressão de estações de estampagem para sustentar um furador e matriz. As estações de estampagem são projetadas para manter o alinhamento substancial do furador e matriz com mínimos componentes móveis. A estação de estampagem inclui um eixo para orientar rigidamente o furador para a matriz. A prensa de estampagem é capaz de prover o furador com a força necessária para executar as operações de estampagem. O sistema inclui um sistema de interface para fazer interface da força da prensa com o furador, enquanto simultaneamente separando de modo estrutural a prensa do furador. O sistema também inclui uma subplaca de localização, para localizar a estação de estampagem em alinhamento em relação uma a outra, e dispositivo para usinagem em linha do material de estoque antes da entrada nas estações de estampagem.
