Abstract

"REVESTIMENTOS CURADOS AMBIENTAIS E PRODUTOS DE BORRACHA REVESTIDOS COM ESTES". A presente invenção refere-se a um artigo revestido curado em temperatura ambiente onde o revestimento é semelhante a borracha, alongamento elevado, composição de revestimento curável pela ação de intempéries como uma mistura de duas partes, uma parte contendo uma solução de um polímero de formação de película funcional, e a outra parte fornecendo o componente de cura. A estabilidade como uma solução de uma parte pré-misturada é limitada por até alguns meses. O formador da película curável e o componente de cura são misturados conjuntamente em um conteúdo total de sólidos de 4% a 25%. A viscosidade é menor do que 20.000 cps (Brookfield) tal que o revestimento possa ser pulverizado, pincelado ou mergulhado para formar revestimentos finos de 0,001 a 0,020 mils. Os artigos de borracha revestidos contendo partículas condutoras de metal apresentam propriedades emissivas térmicas úteis para prolongar a vida de serviço dos artigos.
