Abstract

"BOCAL DE REMOçãO DE CAREPAS E BICO BOCAL EM CARBURETO". Um orifício de bocal de um bocal 1 compreende um segmento afunilado 16 se estendendo a partir de um orifício elíptico de descarga 15 e possuindo um ângulo de afunilamento O de 30<198> a 80<198>, e um segmento de grande diâmetro 18 em continuidade com o segmento afunilado, e a carepa sobre uma placa de aço é removida mediante descarga de água proveniente do bocal a uma distância entre o orifício de descarga 15 e a placa de aço de não mais que 600 mm, uma pressão de 5 a 30 MPa, e uma taxa de fluxo de descarga de 40 a 200 1/minuto. A relação do diâmetro interno do segmento de grande diâmetro 18 relativamente ao menor diâmetro do orifício de descarga 15 é de não menos que 3 e menos que 7. Também, o fluxo de descarga proveniente do bocal se espalha em uma única direção (direção da largura) dentro de um plano perpendicular ao eixo central de simetria do bocal e o ângulo de espessura de erosão é de 1,50<198> a 3<198> na direção (direção de espessura) perpendicular à direção da largura. Um tal bocal de remoção de carepas permite que a carepa seja removida de modo eficiente a baixa pressão e/ou baixa taxa de fluxo ao mesmo tempo em que restringe o resfriamento de uma placa de aço.
