Abstract
conjunto para descarga de spray. provê-se um conjunto de descarga para um dispositivo de spray aerosol que consiste de um recipiente pressurizado ou pressurizável contendo um líquido a ser descarregado do dispositivo por um propelente, sendo o conjunto de descarga de spray adaptado para ser inserido no caminho de fluxo de um fluido entre o fluido no recipiente e um bocal, e o conjunto de descarga de spray incorporando: (i) um canal de acesso tendo pelo menos uma entrada e uma saída, (ii) um conduite de fluxo a montante do dito canal de acesso na direção da descarga de líquido a partir do bocal para aplicar o fluido a ser descarregado no canal de acesso. (iii) pelo menos um orifício ejetor através do qual o fluido proveniente do conduite passa e é emitido como um jato para dentro do canal de acesso através de sua entrada, e (iv) um orifício de descarga dentro do qual o fluido proveniente do canal de acesso passa via sua saída, sendo emitido como um spray proveniente do dispositivo, sendo que a saída do canal de acesso é circundada por uma borda afiada e o orifício ejetor é configurado para dirigir o jato contra a dita borda. o conjunto de descarga de spray pode ser incorporado em um dispositivo aerosol tendo ou um propelente de gás comprimido, ou um propelente de gás liquidificado. as incorporações da invenção permitem a produção de um "fluxo borbulhante" de tal modo que um fluxo de bolhas idealmente homogêneas, com diâmetros similares e sem estratificação através do conduite de fluxo passa para dentro do(s) orifício(s) ejetor(es) a partir dos quais o fluxo borbulhantes é então emitido como jatos turbulantos carregados de bolhas que se chocam com a borda afiada (ao redor da saída do canal de acesso) e entram no orifício de descarga. a combinação dos jatos carregados de bolhas e seu impacto na borda afiada causa a separação do fluxo da superfície interior do orifício de descarga em uma região a montante do mesmo com reanexação (em locais flutuantes) em um aregião relativamente a jusante. isso resulta em um fluxo borbulhante turbulento instável que é benéfico para a atomização em gotículas do jato que merge da saída do orifício de descarga.
