Abstract

"VáLVULA REGULADORA PARA RECIPIENTE DE AEROSSOL". A presente invenção refere-se a um conjunto de válvula reguladora compreendendo uma virola e um alojamento de válvula definindo uma cavidade interna. O alojamento de válvula acomoda um flange anular e uma mola de compressão na mesma com uma gaxeta de válvula fechando a cavidade interna. O alojamento de válvula é fixado na virola tal que uma parte de haste da haste de válvula se projeta através das aberturas fornecidas na gaxeta de válvula e na virola. Uma parte de haste possui uma passagem de descarga que é normalmente fechada pela gaxeta de válvula. Tanto uma superfície inferior do flange anular quanto uma superfície correspondente do alojamento de válvula é fornecida com um elemento de vedação compressível enquanto a outra é fornecida com uma borda anular. O elemento de vedação compressível e a borda anular formam uma vedação entre os mesmos, quando a haste de válvula é suficientemente pressionada, para dividir a cavidade interior em uma câmara de medição e uma câmara de enchimento separada pela qual o produto pode somente ser distribuído somente da câmara de medição quando uma trajetória de fluxo de produto é estabelecida.
