Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO DE FECHAMENTO PARA ABERTURA DE RECIPIENTE". Dispositivo de fechamento destinado a ser montado sobre uma abertura de um recipiente, contendo um produto fluido, esse dispositivo compreendendo: - uma base (1) que compreende meios de fixação (12) para fixar a base sobre a abertura do recipiente, essa base definindo um orifício de distribuição de produto fluido (11) pelo qual o produto fluido pode ser distribuído proveniente do recipiente; - uma tampa amovível (2) destinada a ser montada sobre a base (1) , essa tampa compreendendo meios de fechamento (210) para obturar o orifício de distribuição (11) da base (1), o dispositivo compreendendo meios de prova de primeiro uso (25), permitindo visualizar facilmente uma primeira retirada da tampa (2) da base (1), caracterizado pelo fato de esses meios de prova compreenderem um elemento de prova visual (25) deslocável entre uma posição inicial de garantia de não retirada prévia e uma posição final de detecção de retirada prévia, esse elemento de prova (25) atingindo sua posição final quando a tampa (2) é recolocada sobre a base (1), de maneira a obturar o orifício de distribuição (11).
