Abstract

DISPOSITIVO DE FECHAMENTO PARA UM RECIPIENTE NO QUAL UM MATERIAL FLUÍVEL É ARMAZENADO. A presente invenção se refere a um dispositivo de fechamento (1) para um recipiente (2) no qual armazena-se um material fluível (3), compreendendo um elemento base (4), que pode ser fixado em uma abertura de recipiente (5) do recipiente (2), um bico (11) com uma abertura de dispensação (7), pela qual o bico (11) é posicionado no interior da elemento base (4), e uma tampa (8)conectada ao elemento base (4) por uma dobradiça (12), pela qual a tampa (8) pode ser movida para frente e para trás entre uma posição fechada (9) de modo que o bico (11) não esteja acessível e uma posição aberta (10) na qual o bico (11) esteja acessível, meios de indicação de evidência de violação (13) para indicar visualmente se a tampa (8) do dispositivo de fechamento (1) foi movido uma vez para fora de sua posição fechada (9), pela qual os meios de indicação de evidência de violação (13) compreendem um primeiro anel de indicação (14) e pelo menos um segundo anel de indicação (15), em que o primeiro anel de indicação (14) e o segundo anel de indicação (15) são conectados por pelo menos uma ponte frangível (6) configurada para ser rompida quando a tampa (8) é movida de sua posição fechada (9), causando um movimento axial do primeiro anel de indicação (14) em relação ao segundo anel de indicação (15), em que o primeiro anel de indicação (14) é acoplado a uma disposição de mola (33) de modo que o primeiro anel de indicação (14) é carregado por mola na direção do recipiente (2) antes da ruptura da(s) ponte(s) frangível(is) (6), em que a força de mola aplicada ao primeiro anel de indicação (14) é configurada para manter o primeiro anel de indicação (14) em uma posição definida (37) após a ruptura da(s) ponte(s) frangível(is) (6).
