a presente invenção se refere a um recipiente com indicador de violação (1) que compreende: um depósito (2) que define um volume interno (3) e que exibe uma quantidade predeterminada de paredes laterais (4) que definem uma abertura de passagem (5) delimitada por uma borda livre (6); um sistema de fechamento (7) engatado à borda livre (6) e móvel de modo giratório em relação ao depósito (2). o sistema de fechamento (7) é configurado para definir uma condição fechada em que o sistema em si impede a comunicação entre o volume interno (3) do depósito (2) e o ambiente externo; o sistema de fechamento (7) é adicionalmente configurado para definir uma condição aberta em que o sistema em si possibilita a comunicação entre o volume interno (3) e o ambiente externo. ademais, o recipiente compreende um dispositivo de segurança (12) produzido a partir de um material em folha que compreende uma porção removível (15) configurada para ser separada do dispositivo de segurança (12) mediante uma primeira condição aberta do sistema de fechamento (7), após uma primeira condição fechada, para fornecer uma indicação de uma violação do recipiente (1).
