Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA PARA A LIBERAçãO CONTROLADA DE INGREDIENTES ATIVOS E PROCESSO PARA A PREPARAçãO DE UMA COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição farmacêutica na forma de um tablete para a liberação controlada do(s) ingrediente(s) ativo(s) compreendendo lamivudina, zidovudina ou uma combinação de lamivudina e zidovudina ou os derivados farmaceuticamente aceitáveis das mesmas, e uma mistura de polímeros hidrófilos selecionados ã partir do grupo que consiste em pelo menos uma hidróxipropil metilcelulose, pelo menos um alginato de sódio e pelo menos uma goma guar como a matriz de liberação controlada e um sal de cálcio farmaceuticamente aceitável como o estabilizador da matriz. A composição pode adicionalmente conter um ou mais diluentes solúveis em água e/ou dispersíveis em água, na qual as quantidades dos polímeros hidrófilos, o sal de cálcio e os diluentes solúveis em água e/ou dispersíveis em água são tais que o(s) ingrediente(s) ativo(s) terapeuticamente eficazes é/são liberado(s) a um coeficiente adequado para a administração de uma vez ao dia da composição farmacêutica. Os tabletes podem ser revestidos com um revestimento de película polimérica solúvel em água.
