Abstract

"APARELHO PARA MOLDAGEM POR INJEçãO DE ARTIGOS COM MúLTIPLAS CAMADAS". Trata-se de um aparelho para moldagem por injeção de dois materiais poliméricos compatíveis, no qual duas ou mais zonas de plastificação (40, 42) em um parafuso (26) são utilizadas para simultaneamente ou seq³encialmente plastificar os dois materiais em um espaço de acumulação comum (48) através de passagens separadas. A carga compreendendo várias camadas de material é então injetada dentro de um molde fechado por meio do movimento axial para frente do parafuso com respeito ao seu barril circundante (10). Uma vez dentro do molde, o primeiro material forma uma camada externa, totalmente ou parcialmente envolvendo o outro material. Deste modo, uma peça possuindo uma pluralidade de propriedades de material pode ser produzida em uma única operação.
