Abstract

Un aparato para moldear por inyeccion dos materiales polimericos compatibles, en el cual se utilizan dos o mas zonas plastificantes (40, 42) sobre un tornillo (26) para plastificar secuencial o simultaneamente los dos materiales en un espacio de acumulacion comun (48) a traves de los trayectos separados. La carga que comprende multiples capas de material se inyecta asi hacia un molde cerrado por medio de movimiento axial hacia delante del tornillo con respecto a su cilindro de cierre (10). Una vez dentro del molde, el primer material forma una capa exterior, total o parcialmente circundante al otro material. En este aspecto, puede producirse una parte que tiene una pluralidad de propiedades de material en una operacion unica.
