Abstract

"UM MéTODO PARA APERFEIçOAR A QUALIDADE DE CATODOS EM ELETRóLISE". A presente invenção diz respeito a um método se referindo para o aperfeiçoamento na qualidade de catodos produzidos em um processo de eletrólise. A superfície de um catodo levantado a partir da célula durante o ciclo de catodo é fotografada e a qualidade física do catodo pode ser investigada em tempo real por intermédio de equipamento fundamentado sobre análise de imagem. Sobre o fundamento da qualidade da superfície de catodo, é possível monitorar e controlar as condições de eletrólise de maneira a aperfeiçoar a qualidade do catodo. O método da presente invenção é extremamente adequado para a purificação eletrolítica de cobre.
