Abstract

Предлагается способ и средства для увеличения отвода тепла из электролизеров для производства алюминия, для отвода избыточного тепла, выделяющегося в электролизере при увеличении силы тока, а также уменьшения количества тепла, рассеянного в отходящем из электролизера газе. Анодный узел в электролизере содержит анодную штангу (1), которая соединена с анодной балкой (2) и анодной траверсой (3) со штырями (4), обеспечивающими электрический контакт с угольным анодом (5). Анодную штангу охлаждают, например, путем увеличения площади поверхностности штанги выше анодной рамы (6) электролизера, или путем использования хладагента, циркулирующего вдоль штанги. Охлаждение анода может сочетаться с использованием теплоизоляционного материала (7) на анодной штанге внутри анодной рамы.
