Abstract

Invenţia se referă la domeniul chimiei, în special la procedeele electrochimice de obţinere a fierului sau cuprului în stare pură.Procedeul, conform invenţiei, include electroliza soluţiilor apoase de electrolit recirculate cu folosirea curentului periodic cu impuls retur reglabil pe durată, răzuirea periodică de pe catod a particulelor metalice reduse şi transferul lor într-o fază organică lichidă compusă din perclorbutadienă sau percloretilenă, a căror densitate este mai mare decât cea a electrolitului.Totodată în calitate de electrolit se utilizează soluţiile obţinute la dizolvarea în acid clorhidric sau sulfuric a metalelor respective sub formă de deşeuri de la industria de prelucrare a metalelor sau de particule metalice reduse.Purificarea fierului se efectuează prin electroliza soluţiei de clorură, ce conţine 120…180 g/l ioni de fier şi are pH 0,8…2,4, la densitatea catodică a curentului de (34…42)·103 A/m2 şi cea anodică de (5…20)·103 A/m2. Purificarea cuprului se efectuează prin electroliza soluţiei de sulfat, ce conţine 110…140 g/l ioni de cupru şi are pH 2,5…4,2, la densitatea catodică a curentului de (10…16)·103 A/m2 şi cea anodică de (2…8)·103 A/m2.
