Abstract

Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de regenerare a electroliţilor pentru depunerea acoperirilor feroase pe baza sărurilor de Fe(II) şi poate fi aplicată pentru restabilirea pieselor uzate ale maşinilor şi mecanismelor.Esenţa procedeului include reducerea ionilor de Fe(III) până la Fe(II) pe electrozi volumici poroşi penetrabili cu grosimea stratului de 0,5…1,0 cm, cu viteza fluxului de 0,5…0,75 L/m2·s la un regim al curentului periodic pulsativ în două etape cu densitatea curentului catodic Jk1 al primului impulsde 5…10 A/dm2 şi cu timpul de polarizare tk1 de 10…20 s, iar a celui de al doilea impuls Jk2 de25…30 A/dm2 şi timpul de polarizare tk2 de 5…10 s, şi raportul timpului sumar de polarizare a impulsurilor ale ambelor etape la timpul pauzei tp dintre impulsuri de (tk1 + tk2) : tp = 1 : (1…1,5).În calitate de electrozi volumici poroşi penetrabili se utilizează materialele fibrocarbonice.
